The venue

The CCD Congress Center Düsseldorf sets itself apart as an international conference venue with its ideal location in one of Germany’s most important business and science hubs. Companies, associations, concert organisers, expert committees and public institutions regularly use the state-of-the-art venue set on the banks of the Rhine with links to the Messe Düsseldorf exhibition centre.

The Center offers a flexible room for up to 15,000 people with more than 6,000 m² of exhibition area and 37 diverse rooms, the CCD Congress Center Düsseldorf alone has capacities for up to 7,500 visitors. The structural connection with Hall 1 and Hall 3 makes it possible to expand the total capacity to 15,000 people with 33,000 m² of exhibition area. The CCD Congress Center Düsseldorf is the perfect setting for large congresses, exhibitions, annual general meetings, presentations and corporate events, as well as smaller seminars, receptions or workshops.

Situated on the east of the exhibition grounds, the CCD Ost is tailor-made for for smaller annual general meetings, corporate presentations or workshops. Configured either as one room or partitioned into three multifunctional units, the CCD Ost can host up to 650 people in all. Again, its direct connection to the exhibition centre means this area can be expanded. The 19 adjacent exhibition halls provide 263,888 m² of total space and a further 43,000 m² is available in the surrounding open areas.

Along with its large capacity and flexibility, the CCD Congress Center Düsseldorf provides the option for "green meetings” as one of the first congress centres worldwide to be awarded the Green Globe certificate.
Around 2,000 events take place each year in the CCD Congress Center Düsseldorf.
