Meeting rooms are located 1 level below the Exhibition area. Meeting rooms can only be requested and reserved for companies. The reservation will be subject to the Event Secretariat confirmation. The rates are as follows:

The cost of the meeting room includes basic audiovisual equipment:

Basic Sound System with one microphone
4500ans Projector
Screen

Any other additional service must be requested from the Exhibitor’s Office. In case you are interested please contact the Exhibitor’s Office at fea2018@semico.be for information on capacities and locations of the meeting rooms. please send your request to the exhibitor´s office, before September 1st, 2018.
