Venue

Hall 3 – Exhibition Area

Hall 3 connected to the CCD Congress Center Düsseldorf is hallmarked by its flexibility, superb technical standard and excellent appointments.

Covering an area of 20,279 sqm, hall 3 creates an ideal platform for corporate events or exhibitions. In total there are 5,000 seats are available theatre-style, 2,700 classroom style and 3,500 in banquet form.

From hall 3 the CCD Stadthalle can be accessed directly by elevators, setting the scene for an excellent combination of plenary events and exhibitions or galas. The underground supply mains make it possible to connect exhibits individually to the power and water supply and to the telecommunication and data lines. A direct connection is also possible to the 263,888 m² of exhibition space in the Messe Düsseldorf halls.

Arriving by plane

Düsseldorf Airport is the third largest airport in Germany, offering ideal direct connections to 180 destinations on four continents.

The airport is just three kilometres from the CCD Congress Center Düsseldorf. By taxi it takes just a few minutes to reach us. The city centre and your hotel are also a convenient and quick ride from the airport.

Arriving by car

North Rhine-Westphalia possesses an extremely well developed motorway network that will get you quickly to Düsseldorf and the CCD Congress Center Düsseldorf. More than 1,200 parking spaces are available right by the CCD Congress Center Düsseldorf.

Exhibitor parking

Please collect your parking tickets at the information desk within the FEA2018 Registration area. IMPORTANT: You must collect the parking tickets during the build up otherwise access to the parking area on the show day, which you access through Gate 1 will not be allowed without the valid ticket. The location of parking will be issued at this time. Pre-Payment is required when ordering the tickets. Payment cannot be made onsite.

The order form will be available in due time.

Unloading of lorries/cars/vans

All vehicles must display a vehicle pass. The Unloading Pass form will be available in due time.
Access to the halls is through Gate 1, situated on Rotterdamer Str./Stockumer Kirchstr.
Navigation coordinates for gate 1: D-40474 Dusseldorf, Am Staad
You will be directed to area E which is located at the left hand side of the hall 3.

Please ensure the driver has details of the company/stand number he or she is delivering to and on the breakdown, who they are collecting on behalf of. There are limits on how long a vehicle may unload at the venue. Vehicles should unload and depart immediately. You cannot park in this area for the duration of the event. There is parking for trucks/lorry's (only) available during the show at P1 Local. Charges will apply - 15 euro per day. You pay onsite for the lorry parking and when you arrive to park at P1.

Arriving by train

By train you will reach Düsseldorf sustainably, economically and stress-free. Centrally located in downtown
Düsseldorf, the main station (Hauptbahnhof) on Konrad Adenauer Platz is one of the most modern in Europe. More than 1,000 trains a day guarantee good connections to Düsseldorf from all over Germany and abroad.

Medical Centre / First Aid

The venue medical centre is located near the south entrance of the CCD.
Also, please come to the organisers office and report any medical instances.

Messages/PA announcements

During the exhibition use of the PA has to be restricted to Organisers announcements and emergencies only.

Cash points

The venue does have a cash point.

Smoking/alcohol & drugs

Smoking, drug taking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the venue premises AT ALL TIMES. All users of the CCD, are requested to comply with, and to enforce these rules everywhere in the premises.

Animals

Animals are not admitted into the CCD.

Cloakroom

There are cloakroom facilities at the CCD within the main registration area.
